Five events. 650+ participants. A health innovation program built from scratch inside a BC health authority, with no budget, no space, and no staff, that became a national model cited in the Government of Canada Nurse Retention Toolkit.

Most security governance stops at the organization. Personal AI governance is where the controls run out. This tool runs 14 checks on Claude Code skills, checking whether a skill can access your file system, steal credentials, or manipulate the AI itself, before anything runs.

Frontline workers, researchers, city councillors, and people with lived experience of the toxic drug crisis, all in the same room. When the BC Ministry of Health needed the same approach for a separate initiative, they came back because they had seen it work firsthand.
