About
I work in front of the adoption curve with organizations and companies who transform the Way Things Are into the Way Things Should Be, by experimenting with what's next before it arrives.
I specialize in leading teams who plan, produce, release, and manage strategic change. I build platforms that reach and engage more people. Events that scale into sustained programs. Digital capabilities that stick because teams own them. Governance structures that are flexible and focused on agency. Strategies that guide organizations toward clearer, designed futures.
This is what I do and this is what I love. Whether through leadership, design, digital transformation, governance, or innovation, I find and close the gap between the Way Things Are and the Way They Should Be.
I'm fortunate that I get to do some of my best thinking in nature, along green forest trails and upon the blue sky waterways of the West Coast.
